Two Handy Tools from Sonia Kashuk

23 Jan

I don’t know why, but I insist on carrying 12-15 lip products on me at all times.  You never know when you’ll need to spontaneously put on red lipstick or need a light pink gloss.  What else do I carry in my purse?  These two bad boys.

It’s one of those things where once I got them, I wondered how I ever functioned without them.  Check it out!

First up is the Sonia Kashuk Retractable Lip Brush ($6.49 at Target).

I love this little guy, it’s a little smaller than a pen.  It measures about 5 and 1/2 inches long.

The lip slides off to reveal the brush.  The lid fits securely on there, it doesn’t feel like it’s going to come off while this thing is floating around my purse.

The brush is tapered so it makes it easy to control the application of the lip product.  I haven’t experienced any fallout from the fibres.  I use this all the time with my Korres Lip Butter!

Second up is the Sonia Kashuk Lash Comb ($7.99 at Target).

This thing is like beauty swiss army knife.

The two combs slide out the top.  I use the one on the left to tidy up my brows.  I use the comb on the right to get the clumps out of my lashes.

Use the metal lash comb with caution, the actual comb is really long.  I’ve come close to poking my eye a couple of times.  YIKES!  Other than that, it does a great job of separating and defining my lashes.

Overall, really handy tools with a small price tag!  Me likes!

Glitter rating: 4 / 5

You can purchase these products at Target.

I’ve never noticed these before wandering the beauty aisles of Target. The lash comb looks like it will a great addition to my purse. 🙂

It’s way cheaper than MAC’s retractable brush… and to be honest, I like it better.

No prob! It’s a nice lash comb, but like I said, be careful with it when it’s near your eye!

Totally need to check out the lash comb. There’s nothing worse than when you can feel a tug in your lashes from when they’ve clumped together.

Leave some sparkle love
